Promotion to Manager
The last 7 months with Stampin' Up! have been amazing.
Just before SU! announced they were coming to Australia I had
said to my husband, Gareth, that I didn't think that I could do
party plan style work unless SU! ever made it over here.
Two weeks later they announced they were coming! So after
some initial fears about meeting minimum quota etc I decided to
join. My fears were unfounded. I covered my
minimum in my first workshop and haven't looked back. This
month I was promoted to Manager level. Stampin' Up!
promotions are based on the number of people who sign up under
me and my sales. My team, called The INKlings now has 12
members of which 7 are directly under myself. It's been
great to get to know new people, especially like minded people
as eager as myself to promote SU!
Northern Territory
Opportunity Nights
Are you from the Northern Territory? Do you know someone
in the Northern Territory? Stampin' Up! are running two
Opportunity Nights to give people the opportunity to find out
what Stampin' Up! offers. The first one is Monday November
6th in Darwin and the second one is Wednesday 8th November in
Alice Springs. If you'd like to know more about the events
please contact me for more information. I'd love to have a
Northern Territory demonstrator on my team.
Christmas is fast approaching!
It's that time of year again where life suddenly seems to get
ridiculously busy. Maybe I'm imagining it but I'm sure
that the car parks at my local Westfield are already full each
Saturday!
My regular Stamp-A-Stack customers will have completed 50
handmade Christmas cards - 10 designs - by the end of November.
Well done to you all. I have made a start on mine but need
to get a move on!
Want to be more organised with card making next year? Contact me about
running a Stamp-A-Stack in your own home - you just need 6
guests who want to make 10 cards (2 designs) for $15 each (all
materials supplied). You can choose the 2 designs. I can combine it with a scaled down
workshop demonstration and you can get all the usual hostess
benefits too.
Want to save on postage?
If you live local to me and can collect your order read on for a
way to reduce postage. Do you sometimes just need to order a
pack of cardstock or a snail refill but can't justify the $5.95
postage? I place a local order on
the 7th of each month. If the combined order totals over $120
then postage will be reduced to 5%. If the combined total is
less than $120 then the $5.95 postage will be divided between
the number of customers ordering.

If you need to purchase any supplies before the
night please allow 4 or 5 days for delivery.
Tips & Techniques
Ever struggled to line up eyelets or brads?
The piercing template in the SU! tool kit solves this
problem.
Simply place your hole punch through the template and punch
out the hole.
Move on to the next hole until you have the evenly
spaced holes you need. |
