Sale-A-Bration

Once again it's time for Stampin' Up! to reward its customers, hostesses and demonstrators with free stamp sets, like the one used in the card above.  How?  With the Sale-A-Bration (SAB) special it's very easy.

As a customer during January and February for every $100 you spend in one order (postage not included) you can choose one of 4 limited edition stamp sets for free.  Click on the link to view the 4 sets in the Sale-A-Bration Catalogue.  There are no limits to how many sets you can earn.  Host a workshop or place an order that totals over $600 in January and February and you'll earn an extra SAB set of your own choice.

Become a demonstrator during January and February and you get to choose any stamp set from the Idea Book & Catalogue for free.  That's $79.95 extra value on top of the already great value starter kit.  If you've been thinking about becoming a demonstrator check out the article below.

I've been thinking about becoming a demonstrator but...

I often hear the phrase above and many of my team have said it!  There are many different endings added to it so I thought I'd answer a few of them here.

...what if I can't meet the minimum quotas?  There is no pressure for you to meet the quota.  Stampin' Up! does set minimum quotas every 3 months with a new demonstrator joining in January having 6 months to meet their first quota.  The quota is $500 of commissionable sales within the 3 months.  However at any time you decide that you can't meet the quota there is no penalty, you simply stop becoming a demonstrator and can return to being a customer.  If after buying the fantastically discounted kit you decide SU! isn't for you then that's not a problem.  You don't have to meet any shortfalls or pay back your kit.  Just quietly though I'll mention that there are many, many of my team, myself included, who were worried about this question and now have no problems in meeting the quota.

...do I have to do workshops?  Simple answer, no.  You can operate as a demonstrator in any form you wish.  As long as you meet the quotas it's up to you whether you run workshops.  If you just want to join to get the discount for yourself and friends you can.  Workshops are a great way to meet quotas though.  An average workshop for me would meet my $500 quota.

...I don't have the time.  Time is in short supply for so many of us.  Being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is such a flexible job.  You can choose when you want to book workshops and how many.  I have two young children, one still at home and I love the fact that I can go out and do a couple of workshops a month and teach a class or two at home and fit it around my family's needs.

...I've never done party plan selling.  Neither had I!  I still don't think of myself as a sales person!  At workshops I simply show what Stampin' Up! has to offer and have a fun time doing so.  People love Stampin' Up! product and there's no need for a hard sell approach.

...I'm not creative enough.  Between Stampin' Up! and my team forum you could do workshops for years and never have to come up with new ideas for workshops!  Stampin' Up! have an extensive demonstrator support website.  Every month new ideas for workshops are shown with tips and ideas for being a successful demonstrator.  My team has their own forum as does my upline with lots of tips and ideas.  Each month I run swaps, cyberstamps and chatroom sessions.  I provide team training events either in real life or online.

...I don't want to recruit a team.  You don't have to.  Building a team isn't something that you have to do.  If you're looking to join SU! for yourself or a small group of friends that's great.  However if after a while someone approaches you to sign up you can be confident that they will receive the same access to support through myself that you will already be receiving.

Why not contact me today and I can send out a no obligation information pack including a complimentary introductory DVD.  What have you got to lose?  Just think of the fun, learning and team friendships you could be missing out on!  Why not do something just for you in 2008.
