3rd place in Demonstrator of the Year award
I have just had the most amazing weekend. A day and a half in Darling Harbour attending the first ever Stampin' Up! Australian Convention. A day and half spent with people as passionate about Stampin' Up! as myself! Lots of positive energy, laughter and smiles. It was a great time to catch up with online friends and meet for the first time some of my own team, The INKlings. 13 of the team were able to attend which was fantastic. Hopefully next year it will be even more. I'd like to say a huge thank you to my fantastic customers, team members, family and friends whose encouragement and support allowed me to leave Convention with 3rd place in the Demonstrator of the Year category. I've had a great year and the start to this year is proving just as fantastic. Anyone want to join me in Brisbane on 11th/12th April 2008 for the 2nd Stampin' Up! Australian Convention? Mini-album class
Come along and make one of these gorgeous mini albums. This album is made using Stampin' Up! Designer Series Double Sided Papers. There are four paper themes you can choose from. Check them out on page 133 of the Idea Book & Catalogue. You can choose the theme, colour and style of your own album. Why not bring along a friend who hasn't scrapbooked or stamped before. This is a great way to introduce them to your hobby. When: Friday 1st June 7:30pm There will be left over materials that are yours to keep. Bookings are essential by Wednesday 23rd May as kits need to be ordered. May SpecialThis month's special is $25 off the Demonstrator Starter Kit regular price. Which means that you'll get $585 of Stampin' Up! stamping and business supplies for only $299. The stamp sets alone are worth almost $220 and you get to either take the standard kit or change the stamp sets for ones of your own choice to the same value. What have you got to lose? Please contact me if you've thought about joining but are unsure about minimum quotas etc and I can send you a FAQ document and introductory DVD which will answer many of your questions. You can view the flyer below in greater detail here.

May SpecialScroll further down the page to read about the May special from Stampin' Up! Crop and Stamp NightsThe next crop Wednesday 16th May, Wednesday 30th June & Thursday June 7th Bring along what you're working on and use any of my inks, stamps and tools. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Cost $5. Please book your spot early to avoid disappointment. If you need to purchase any supplies before the night please allow 4 or 5 days for delivery Tips & TechniquesHaving trouble getting good stamped images of solid style stamps? Try roughing up the surface of the stamp, by rubbing it on a material like denim. This removes the shiny top coat of the stamp and allows better ink coverage. The more you use the stamp the better it will work for you. Want to save on postage? If you live local to me and can collect your order read on for a way to reduce postage. Do you sometimes just need to order a pack of cardstock or a snail refill but can't justify the $5.95 postage? I will be placing a local order on the 9th of this month after my catalogue launch. Postage will only be 5% regardless of order size. Each month's newsletter will remind you of the upcoming order date. Pay by credit card.Payment is now even easier. As well as accepting cash, cheque and direct deposit I also accept credit cards. What kind of demonstrator would you be?Stampin' Up! needs all kinds of demonstrators. Purchasing just for yourself, selling to close friends or looking to run this at a business level? You can choose how to work as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator to best suit your needs. What ever your level, support from myself and Stampin' Up! will be comprehensive. Contact me for more information or to receive a copy of the Introductory DVD from Stampin' Up!
