Have you thought about becoming a demonstrator?

Being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator has been a fantastic experience for me.  On my upline's demonstrator forum someone recently started a list of reasons for joining Stampin' Up!  The list was long so I thought I'd share some of them with you.

  • Flexible working hours for those with other commitments such as children or work.

  • Great training DVD with starter kit.

  • Regular demonstrator incentives (incentive trip, free stamps).

  • Commission percentage is higher the more you sell.

  • Earning potential unlimited - you decide what level you want to work at.

  • Doing what you love. No more working at a job that's just a job.

  • Lots of upline support.

  • Great override commissions on 5 levels.

  • SU! do regular advertisements in major scrapbooking/stamping magazines.

  • Demonstrators are eligible for hostess benefits too.

It's a pretty impressive list and that's only just the start of it.  Support as a new demonstrator is important so choosing the right person you sign up under (your upline) is important.  What do I offer as an upline?  Regular contact and support through emails and phone calls, training (for those not based in Sydney or unable to get to training sessions I provide comprehensive documents).  Referrals of any customers I get through my website that are not within my area.   Of course you don't have to sign up to run workshops etc, if you want to join to make the most of your demonstrator discount to buy Stampin' Up! products for yourself you can do just that.

I am currently at 'Manager' level within SU!, one of only half a dozen demonstrators that have reached this level.  My team, "The Inklings", is doing great things in terms of their own sales and recruitment.  I have 9 demonstrators in my immediate downline and the team itself is now 17 strong.

If you've thought about joining up I'd love to have you join my team.  If you've checked out the Idea Book & Catalogue or been to a workshop and loved what you've seen why not come join us?  The starter kit is great value and until the end of February you will get another free stamp set of your own choice (up to $79.95 value).

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Looking for new ideas?

Make sure you check out my blog regularly for sample cards, scrapbook pages and off the page projects.  It's also the place to find special offers and give aways.  Feel free to leave comments for me on there - I love finding out what people are enjoying looking at.  Make sure you bookmark it and come back often.

sell-a-bration stamp sets
still available.

The fantastic sell-a-bration catalogue will finish at the end of February.  Place an order for over $100 and you'll get to choose one of four limited edition stamp sets.  Place a $200 order and you can choose 2 sets and so on.  All other hostess benefits apply too.  Get together with some friends, place a $300 order and you'll get 3 free sell-a-bration sets, one free level 1 hostess set and $30 to spend in the catalogue.

Already hosted a workshop?

Did you and your guests enjoy your first workshop?  Why not host another?

Rather than the comprehensive tour of the Idea Book & Catalogue I will show you new tools, new ways to use products and you and your guests will have the time to make 2 or 3 projects.

Contact me for more details.

Tips & Techniques

Lining up eyelets and brads can be a difficult to do judging it by eye alone.  The Stampin' Up! paper piercing guide makes it easy.

The holes are already marked for you at regular intervals so all you have to do is choose how far apart you want them.

Want to save on postage?

If you live local to me and can collect your order read on for a way to reduce postage.

Do you sometimes just need to order a pack of cardstock or a snail refill but can't justify the $5.95 postage?

I place a local order on the 7th of each month. If the combined order totals over $120 then postage will be reduced to 5%. If the combined total is less than $120 then the $5.95 postage will be divided between the number of customers ordering.

Each month's newsletter will remind you of the upcoming order date.

Pay by credit card.

Payment is now even easier.  As well as accepting cash, cheque and direct deposit I also accept credit cards.
