Short & Sweet

There's a story behind this card! On Monday I was getting together with two friends to let our 5 boys have a play together. As it happens these friends are also demonstrators and part of my team, hi Joanna and Merryl.

We hoped that we'd get some time to stamp so decided to bring with us any sets that we had that were part of this month's birthday special to make up some sample cards.

So on Sunday night we were emailing each other and it turned out that Joanna and myself weren't going to be contributing much as we only had Short & Sweet. So Merryl challenged me on Sunday evening to make a card using just Short & Sweet. The card above is the result. I'm really happy with this card and you could use any of the sentiments and little images in the set to make lots of cards with the same design.

This stamp set is possibly the most used set at my workshops and one I reach for a lot too. With 12 stamps for less than $24 you can't go wrong. Contact me today if you'd like to order this set.

Hi Jayne,

You are just too clever! What a great card.

Actually, it was me who challenged you - Merryl said we should have given you the challenge the next day with a deadline of creating in only 30 minutes!!! - just to make it more challenging for you, because obviously this didn't challenge you at all!

As always, we are in awe of your creative talent.

Have a great day.
Jo

I love it Jayne. I especially love the dry embossed border you put on the card - frames it just nicely :)
