Baroque MotifsSo I thought it would be fun to have a look at some of my creations over time by having a Flashback Friday. Each week I'll upload one of my old creations. Hope you enjoy and find some inspiration.
This one was created on the 3rd July 2008! Using Baroque Motifs and lots of grey!

Bloomin' with beauty
The top card was created in 2008 using a set called Bloomin' with Beauty. When I saved it I titled it Makeesha so I'm not sure if it was a challenge Makeesha set or a card I sent to her! The style of the top card is still very similar to ones I create today so the bottom card was easy to recreate. This one uses the Best Thoughts set.

Circle of SpringThis was probably the first stamp set on my list from the new catalogue. I already owned the die to cut it out as it matches the wreath in the Wonderous Wreath set. I made this for a wedding card but I'm not sure if it's what I wanted. Might try another style tonight. This time I've used white embossing powder on the wooden embellishment.

Heartfelt Thanks & Garden in BloomSo I thought it would be fun to have a look at some of my creations over time by having a Flashback Friday. Each week I'll upload one of my old creations. Hope you enjoy them! Then I'll use the card as inspiration for a new creation.
The card on the left uses Heartfelt Thanks, probably the first set I owned and used to demonstrate with. A very simple card made in 2006! Unfortunately I can't find a photo of the first card I used to make at demonstrations. Will keep looking for it though!
This week's interpretation uses a similar layout and colours and both use two step stamping. The new card uses the new set Garden in Bloom and the fun wooden accents called Expressions Natural elements. Check back tomorrow to see another of the accents used in a different way.
I will try very hard to recreate each week but I might not get time every week once term time starts and I'm back to teaching.
